Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is sent by Royal Mail and will usually be received within 3-5 working days, however an item is not classed as lost with Royal Mail until 10 working days have passed.

Addresses need to be supplied correctly at the checkout, if an incorrect or insufficient address is supplied at the checkout and this leads to the order being undelivered by Royal Mail and returned to us, postage will need to be paid again before the item(s) is resent. If an item is taken to a local sorting office for collection and this isn't collected in time Royal Mail will return this to us. We will require postage to be paid again before any item(s) are resent.

Overseas Post

Please note, if we receive any bulk orders for overseas this may incur more postage to be paid. We will contact the customer to arrange additional payment if the weight of the order is in excess of the postage limit.

Items Requiring Special Postage

Items requiring special postage may be charged at a higher postage rate.

Collecting Merchandise

When ordering merchandise you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is ready to be collected, this will be separate from your email confirmation. When you collect your order we require a copy of your order confirmation, ready for collection e-mail or ready for collection text. Collections can be made on the following days/times -

Monday-Friday 9-5

Saturday (non matchday) 9-4

Saturday (matchday) 9-kick off

Orders not collected within 28 working days will be returned and a full refund given. 

Returns & Refunds

The club offers refunds on merchandise, deemed to be defective, purchased in its official retail outlets in accordance with its legal obligations.

Merchandise returned for other reasons will receive a full refund if:-

a) Returned within 28 days of purchase
b) Returned with a valid receipt
c) Returned unused and in re-saleable condition

Please note, all personalised items, face masks, beach/swim shorts and underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

*Shirt Printing: Once a shirt has been personalised with printing unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange the product. We advise checking that the sizing of the kit fits before proceeding with any personalisation.

Shirt Printing  

Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. Furthermore if a player changes his number at any time we cannot offer a refund or an exchange on this shirt (this does not affect your statutory rights). 

Online orders with personalisation can take up to 5 working days for processing, please allow extra time for any orders with personalisation particularly during busy periods such as kit launches and Christmas.  

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. An operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item.  We  cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.

Please note that the price charged for shirt printing applies to up to 12 letters and 2 Numbers, however this is dependent on the size of shirt requested as not all sizes will accommodate 12 letters. If this is the case an operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative.

Championship Badges; Please note that Sky Bet Championship Badges cannot be printed on child sizes or on shirts purchased for people under the age of 18. 

In order to preserve your personalisation, we advise that personalised shirts are washed inside out and without fabric conditioner.


All promotions and offers are subject to availability. Only one promotion/offer can be used in conjunction with each order. Promotional codes are subject to one order only and will not be activated on stock already reduced.  

Promotions and sales prices cannot be retrospectively added to orders, items need to be purchased at the time that the offer or sales price is available in order to qualify. 

Shirt printing and personalisation offers are ONLINE ONLY unless otherwise stated.

Shirt printing promotions only apply within conjunction with the purchase of a Sheffield United replica shirt and is only valid at the time of purchasing a shirt. Personalisation thereafter cannot be added. Personalisation can be added at a later date but will be charged at full price.

Stock Availability

Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sold out due to unprecedented demand.  Where possible these items will be removed from the website.  We will place out of stock items on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on a separate delivery.  Customers can choose to accept a partially complete order at the time of checkout.  If any items are likely to take more than three weeks the club will contact the customer to check with whether they wish to proceed with the order.  If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer an alternative wherever possible.
