We've extended our returns period for Christmas 2020, all items purchased online after the 1st of November can be returned up until the 31st of January 2021. Please note the same exclusions still apply for all personalised kit.
The club offers refunds on merchandise, deemed to be defective, purchased in its official retail outlets in accordance with its legal obligations.
Merchandise returned for other reasons can be exchanged or refunded if:-
a) Returned within 28 days of purchase
b) Returned with a valid receipt
c) Returned unused and in re-saleable condition
*Shirt Printing: Once a shirt has been personalised with printing unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange the product. We advise checking that the sizing of the kit fits before proceeding with any personalisation.
PLEASE NOTE: Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at any other branch. Please use the Blades Superstore at Bramall Lane.

To return or exchange an item simply complete the form on the back of your invoice with your reason for return or exchange. Then post the item back to us at: Sheffield United Football Club, SUFC Direct, Bramall Lane, Sheffield, S2 4SU. If you are exchanging a product we will then send out a replacement once the original has been delivered back to us.
Firstly you should inform the team at SUFC Direct by emailing them at [email protected]. Then complete the form on the back of your invoice and post the item back to us using the address label provided on the front of the invoice. The address label reads: Sheffield United Football Club, SUFC Direct, Bramall Lane, Sheffield, S2 4SU. Once we have received the item we will send out a replacement and reimburse the postage costs.
