Returns and Exchanges

Christmas returns:

Any order placed on or after the 6th of November qualifies for our extended Christmas returns period. All customers who purchase in store or online from the 6th of November have until the 21st of January to return items for an exchange or refund. All other refunds stipulations still apply, as per our return policy below.  

Returns & Refunds 

The club offers refunds on merchandise, deemed to be defective, purchased in its official retail outlets in accordance with its legal obligations.

Merchandise returned for other reasons can be exchanged or refunded if:-

a) Returned within 28 days of purchase
b) Returned with a valid receipt
c) Returned unused and in re-saleable condition

Please note, all personalised items, face masks, beach/swim shorts and underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

*Shirt Printing: Once a shirt has been personalised with printing unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange the product. We advise checking that the sizing of the kit fits before proceeding with any personalisation.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To return or exchange an item simply complete the form on the back of your invoice with your reason for return or exchange.  Then post the item back to us at: Sheffield United Football Club, SUFC Direct, Bramall Lane, Sheffield, S2 4SU.  If you are exchanging a product we will then send out a replacement once the original has been delivered back to us.

What should I do if an item is broken or faulty?

Firstly you should inform the team at SUFC Direct by emailing them at [email protected]. Then complete the form on the back of your invoice and post the item back to us using the address label provided on the front of the invoice.  The address label reads: Sheffield United Football Club, SUFC Direct, Bramall Lane, Sheffield, S2 4SU.  Once we have received the item we will send out a replacement and reimburse the postage costs.
