Delivery Charges

Please note that the Blades Superstore will be temporarily closed after 6pm on 25th April 2026 until July. We ask for any returns to be sent back via post during this period using your returns form supplied with your order.

Any click and collect orders uncollected or placed after this time will be available from the Blades Ticket Office for collection. Please note that our ticket office may be busier than usual, the team will be working as quickly as possible to help you. UK Royal Mail delivery £4.50 - Free over £85 spend. 

Please note orders placed after 1pm Friday will be processed on the following Monday

All deliveries are tracked and to be signed for on receipt of order

All our parcels are sent by Royal Mail and will usually be received within 24 - 48 hours after dispatch (this does not include processing time), however an item is not classed as lost with Royal Mail until 10 working days have passed.

Addresses need to be supplied correctly at the checkout, if an incorrect or insufficient address is supplied at the checkout and this leads to the order being undelivered by Royal Mail and returned to us, postage will need to be paid again before the item(s) is resent. If an item is taken to a local sorting office for collection and this isn't collected in time Royal Mail will return this to us. We will require postage to be paid again before any item(s) are resent.

International Deliveries

International Standard Delivery - Prices Vary
Please allow 3 - 15 working days (3 weeks) from the time the goods leave our Bramall Lane and arrive at their destination

Price dependent on the weight and volume of your order.

EU Postage will be charged at £10.00 for 1 item and £14.00 for 2 or more items. This applies for parcels up to 2kg.

Any parcel over the allotted weight of 2kg will then be charged £12.00 per additional kg.

E.g. an order weighing at 2.8kg will cost £26.00.

The maximum order weight is 10kg

**In some countries, customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; our advice would be to contact your local customs office for further details.

Non-EU Postage will be charged at £12.00 for one item and £15.00 for 2 or more items. This applied to orders up to 1kg

Any order placed over 1kg will be charged at £15.00 and an additional £15.00 per kg.

E.g. an order weighing 3.15kg will cost £60.00

What happens if my delivery has not arrived

Please allow 10 working days (15 working days for International parcels) before you contact us regarding a 'non' delivery. After this time, please contact [email protected]. Please allow 2 - 5 working days for us to track your parcel. 

UK PO Boxes

Please note that we do not ship to PO Box Addresses as your parcel must be signed for.
