UK Shipping
Shipping is charged at £4.00 for the first item and £6.00 for 2 or more items. This is standard UK delivery, please allow 7 - 10 working days.
Next Day
Next day delivery is guarenteed if your order is placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after this time and between Friday to Sunday cannot be guarenteed next day delivery.
Europe
Shipping to european countries is charged at £10.00 for the first item and £12.00 for 2 or more items.
Please Note, if we receive any bulk orders for overseas this may incur more postage to be paid. We will contact the customer to arrange additional payment if the weight of the order is in excess of the postage limit.
Rest of the World
Shipping to the rest of the world is charged at £15.00 for the first item and £20.00 for 2 or more items.
Please note there will be no collections or deliveries on the following dates;
Good Friday 6th April, Easter Monday 9th April, Early May Bank Holiday 7th May, Spring Bank Holiday 4th June & 5th June Diamond Jubilee Holiday.
Returns & Refunds
The club offers refunds on merchandise, deemed to be defective, purchased in its official retail outlets in accordance with its legal obligations.
Merchandise returned for other reasons will receive a full refund if:-
a) Returned within 28 days of purchase
b) Returned with a valid receipt
c) Returned unused and in re-saleable condition
In the event that a customer is unable to provide a receipt, the Club will exchange the item or provide vouchers to the current retail value (vouchers cannot later be exchanged for cash).

Shirt Printing
Once a shirt has been personalised with printing unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange the product.
Superstore Opening Hours
Monday - Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 4.00pm
For Match Days the following opening hours apply:
Monday - Friday Evening Game: 9.00am up to Kick Off + 1/2 hour after Match
Saturday: 9.00am - 3.00pm + 1/2 Hour after Match
